To be able to construct a truth one must first understand what it is one us talking about. Where knowing is a brain function, understanding what is known is a mind function. These cannot be separated from one another.
It is not possible to understand the true nature of a something in the absence of sensually knowing that it exists.
The product of understanding exists in the form of an idea. The creation of an Idea is dynamic and flexible. By their nature ideas are fleeting and temporary. The purpose of an idea formation is transform what is understood into a format which can be transferred to another.
